Mahesh Gupta, Founder

Mahesh is a corporate accounting and finance professional with over 18 years of experience building and leading high-caliber finance, accounting, legal, and administrative functions. Decisive problem solver proficient in building high-performance F&A teams to provide reliable business infrastructure emphasis on business ethics and strong technical ability to establish F&A operations and responsive to long-range corporate objectives for growth and profit.

Mahesh is extensively and closely worked with Technology Startups, young entrepreneurs and part of their success, growth, and failures. He is Certified Public Accountant from USA and prior to set-up own venture he was CFO at Appster, VP Finance at Vertex, Corporate Controller at Atos (Conjoin Group/PHNS/Anthelio) and acted as finance and account head for other technologies service and product companies (Parsec, Keane Worldzen and HISPL).

Shantanu Rudra, Director

Shantanu is a senior Finance & Management Professional with over 36 years of quantifiable experience
• Corporate Strategist – Focus on financial management, governance & company development for profits and cash.

Shantanu is Chartered Accountant and worked as CFO with various Technologies companies IBM, Tech Mahindra, NIIT and Vertex and He also served as CFO of other leading Manufacturing, Retail distribution, Automotive, Real Estate companies (Tata Autocomp Systems, Shalimar Paint, DLF, BPTP and Jumbo Electronics)

JITENDRA DUBEY, AP/GL Specialist

Jitendra has been managing large AP and GL transaction. One of his previous assignment he was managing almost 2000 invoices in a month and ensuring the accuracy and authenticity of vendor payment. He has been part of the vendor payment automation team and efficiently implement various automation tools.

Jitendra is alumni of St. Xavier's College and last 13 years he has been working with technology service companies and hospitality industry.

SUSHANT AGRAWAL, Controllership Specialist

Sushant is finance professional with wide experience in accounting and financial management, controllership, business planning and analysis and strategizing resource management. Last 13 year he has been working with Technology Service company and Telecom service provider. He has been working with business partner and help them to provide business inside and managing global compliances.

Sushant is Chartered Accountant and worked with R-Com, Macmillan, Atos, Vertex and Appster.

SUMIT GROVER, Director Compliances

Sumit is an Associate member of the ICSI and Practicing Company Secretary having experience of 4 years with specialization in company secretarial services, insolvency resolution process,  winding up, FEMA, merchant banking, listing agreements, and securities laws

He is a core member of the management committee of Karnal Panipat Branch of Northern India Regional Council of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has been a regular faculty of seminars/ workshops/ training programmes organized by ICSI.

At Indiafna.com he is in charge of compliance management, drafting various legal agreements, petitions, and applications, and liaising with Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Registrar of Companies, National Company Company law Tribunal, RBI, SEBI, FIPB, Official Liquidator and Regional Director etc.
